So when they opened a brand new home in Stockton, they wanted video content that reflected the same quality and care they put into everything they do – something that would help families, new residents, and staff feel right at home before they’d even stepped through the door.

We delivered four video edits: a full walkthrough with drone footage (voiceover and music versions), a website-ready short edit, and one slightly less serious feature – a joyful clip of the dogs living their best lives in the garden.
We even went back for a second drone shoot just to remove a few cars from the drive – because when you’re showcasing care, the details matter.
And yes, we convinced David his voiceover sounded great. Because it did.
